Integrations: what connects to what
Updated September 23, 2026
What this does
Settings → Integrations is one page of cards. Working through it top to bottom:
Messaging & Notifications — your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and Phone Number for customer texting. Covered in SMS and email setup.
Payment Processors — cards for Stripe, Square, and Clover keys. Read the next section before entering anything here.
Vehicle Lookup APIs — the Plate Recognizer key that turns a photo of a plate into a vehicle; see Vehicle lookup.
PartsTech — username and API key for parts search and ordering from the work order; see PartsTech.
API Keys, Webhooks, and Custom Domains — for connecting your own software and putting the booking page or portal on your domain; see API keys and webhooks and Custom domains.
Below those, four status cards: QuickBooks Online, Stripe Connect, CARFAX, and WorldPac / Nexpart. They show Not connected and have no connect action yet; they're placeholders for integrations that aren't built. QuickBooks data comes in through QuickBooks import, not a live sync.
Online payments don't need setup
Customers pay invoices by card from the invoice's share link, and that checkout runs through LogMyRepair.app's own payment account. There's nothing to connect and no keys to enter: an issued invoice with a balance gets a pay button. The Payment Processors card stores keys for Stripe, Square, and Clover, but nothing in the app reads them today; leave it empty. See Share links and online payment.
Before you start
settings.integrations (Owner, General Manager). Keys are shown once or masked after saving; keep your own copy where you got them.
Common problems
I entered Stripe keys and nothing changed. Expected; payments were already working through the platform account. Remove the keys.
A card says "Not connected" and there's no button. That integration isn't built. The card is a placeholder.
Where's the intake mailbox for documents? Under Settings → Document Settings; see Email intake.
