Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LogMyRepair platform operated by itK Software LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using LogMyRepair, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

2. Use of Service

LogMyRepair provides shop management software for automotive repair businesses. You may use the service for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the service

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to LogMyRepair. We will not access your data except to provide the service, prevent or address technical issues, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

4. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your settings
  • Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogMyRepair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogMyRepair and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
