The Team view for managers

What this does

Technician Dashboard → Team is the manager's version: a Team Overview of who is clocked in and to what, Efficiency by Technician with billed versus clocked hours for the period, revenue on each technician's jobs, and open Comebacks. Select a technician to drill into their own dashboard.

Before you start

dashboard.technician_team and time_tracking.view_team: Owner, General Manager, Service Manager.

Reading the efficiency table

Each row is billed hours over clocked hours as a percentage. The team line is the same ratio over totals. A technician at 60% is either slow, being clocked into General a lot, or being assigned jobs whose book hours are low; look at their entries before drawing a conclusion. A technician at 130% is beating book time or forgetting to clock in.

Comebacks

Open comebacks show with the technician, the original job, and the reason. Resolve them from here with a note on how. See Comebacks.

Common problems

A technician has zero clocked hours this week. They haven't clocked in, or their clock is still open from a previous day (open entries count when closed).

Numbers don't match the Profit & Loss. Revenue here is the total of work orders the technician was on, not recognized revenue; the books use invoices.
