What this does

The dashboard is the technician's home page: what's assigned to you, where your clock is, and how the week is going. Managers can open it for any technician.

The sections

Your Assignments — work orders assigned to you that aren't finished, with vehicle and customer. Open one for details, or clock straight into it.

Time & Status — your current clock (job or General), with clock in, clock out, and switch. See Clocking in and out.

Today's Entries and This Week — your time, and a Monday-to-Sunday summary of hours clocked, hours billed, efficiency, jobs completed, and revenue on your jobs.

Goals — set a weekly target for Hours Billed, Jobs Completed, Efficiency %, Revenue, or Inspections. One active goal per type; setting a new one replaces the old. Progress shows against it through the week.

Streaks and badges — Day Streak counts consecutive days with a clock-in; Perfect Week marks a week where every goal was met.

Comebacks — flag a job that came back and see ones assigned to you. See Comebacks.

Quick actions — run an inspection, check your assignments, view parts orders, log your time.

The leaderboard

The shop can rank technicians by Best Hours, Best Jobs, Best Revenue, and Best Efficiency. Taking part is per technician: opt in from the dashboard, and choose whether to appear by name or as Anonymous. Opting out hides you from the board without affecting your own numbers.

Common problems

A job I finished still shows in Assignments. Its status isn't Ready for Pickup or later. Ask the writer to move it, or move it yourself if your role allows.

My efficiency is over 100%. You billed more hours than you clocked. That's the good direction.
