What this does

Tools → Service labels prints the small reminder sticker for the vehicle: the service performed, the date, the odometer, and when the next one is due. The next-due values are computed from the service's interval and are editable before printing.

Steps

  1. Search by plate, VIN, or customer and pick the vehicle. (Opening it from the vehicle page pre-selects the vehicle.)
  2. Choose the Service: Oil Change (5,000 mi / 6 months), Coolant (30,000 / 24), Transmission (60,000 / 48), Power Steering (60,000 / 48), Timing Belt, or BG Services.
  3. Enter the odometer ("e.g. 87,412") and the service date.
  4. Next Service Due fills in with miles and date from the interval. Edit either if your recommendation differs; edits stick until you change the service or odometer again.
  5. Set the quantity if the shop wants more than one, and print. The label is sized for a 62 mm label printer; use Fit to page if printing on a regular sheet.

Common problems

Miles is blank on the label. No odometer was entered. Add it; the app won't print a made-up number.

The printer cuts the label wrong. Print one at a time and check the printer's media setting is 62 mm continuous.
