Appearance and branding

What this does

Settings → Appearance holds three cards.

Branding. Logo (wide, for document headers and the portal) and Square Icon (for the app and small placements). Upload a PNG or SVG; the preview shows how it fits.

Accent Color. The app's highlight color for this shop, from Color Presets or a custom value. Purely in-app.

Reviews & Public Branding. The Google review link (a g.page/r/… short link or the full profile URL; the page warns on anything else), the Brand color used in customer emails, and Social links. These feed the review band at the bottom of every branded customer email (invoice, statement, receipt): when a link is set, the band asks for a review and lists your socials; when it isn't, the whole band is left off, socials included. Empty social fields are simply not shown. The same link fills {review_url} in message templates.

Before you start

settings.appearance (Owner, General Manager). The review link from your Google Business Profile's "Ask for reviews" button.

What happens downstream

The logo and shop details print on estimates, invoices, statements, and receipts, and show on the customer portal. Emails are built with the brand color and the review band. There is one review link for the shop, used everywhere a review is requested; set it here, not per message.

Common problems

The review band isn't on emails. No Google review link is set. Social links alone don't bring the band back; it exists to ask for the review.

The logo looks squashed. It's fitted into a fixed box; upload a version with padding trimmed, or use the square icon slot for a square mark.

Changed the accent and nothing happened. Reload; the color is applied at page load.
