What this does
Settings → Subscription shows your Current Plan with its Status, Max Users, and Max Locations, then the Available Plans with a Monthly / Yearly switch and the current prices. Manage Billing opens the billing portal for cards, invoices, and cancellation.
The plans
Starter — estimates, work orders, invoices, customers, vehicles, inventory, inspections, and the schedule, for up to 3 users at one location.
Professional — everything in Starter plus messaging, fleet accounts, reports, accounting, parts ordering, online booking, the shop floor, and time tracking, for up to 10 users.
Business — everything in Professional plus multiple locations, the customer portal, and AI features, for up to 25 users at up to 3 locations.
Enterprise — everything, unlimited users and locations, API access, custom branding, and dedicated support. Priced by agreement.
A new shop starts on a trial with Professional features; the page shows when it ends. When the trial lapses without a plan, the shop drops to Starter limits.
Steps
Pick monthly or yearly, choose the plan, and complete checkout in the billing portal. Changes take effect on return. Manage Billing for anything else: update the card, download receipts, cancel.
What the limits do
Adding a team member past Max Users is refused with the plan named. Features a plan doesn't include don't appear in the sidebar. A feature you can see but can't use is a permission question, not a plan one; see Team members.
Common problems
"Your plan allows up to N team members." Remove someone or upgrade.
I upgraded and the feature isn't there. Reload; the sidebar is built from the plan at page load. If it's still missing, the checkout didn't complete; check Manage Billing.
Yearly shows a different number than monthly × 12. It's meant to; yearly is discounted.
