What this does

Settings → Legal Information holds two documents, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, linked from the customer portal and the public booking page. Each is a text editor with Load Default, which drops in a template to edit.

Steps

Open the tab, Load Default or paste your own, edit, save. Put your shop's legal name, state, and contact address where the template has placeholders. Have a lawyer read it once; the template is a starting point, not legal advice.

Common problems

The portal shows a blank page for Privacy. Nothing's saved for it. Load the default at minimum.

We changed the terms; do old customers see the new ones? Yes, immediately; there's no versioning.
