Aging Report

What this does
Money In → Aging Report lists every customer with an open balance across Current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90, and 90+ days past due, with a Total. It's the collections list.
Reading it
Current is not yet due. 1–30 is a reminder. 31–60 is a call. 61–90 is a decision. 90+ is either a payment plan or a write-off. Click a customer to see the invoices behind the number.
The report reads invoice balances, so a paid invoice still showing here means its balance never cleared. That's what the nightly terminal-balance check catches; fix the invoice rather than the report.
Common problems
A voided invoice is in the 90+ bucket. Stale balance. Void it again from its page; that clears a balance left behind by an older void.
The total doesn't match Accounts Receivable on the balance sheet. Customer credits, unposted invoices, or a stale row. The AR tie-out exception, if one is open, says which.
